Have a couple of these cards if anyone is interested.

Just cover cost of shipping.

They were working when pulled out of a HTPC a few years ago.
Been sitting on the shelf since then thinking they might be used again but now have a network tuner instead so no longer need them.

Each card has dual Satellite inputs.
PCI Express cards.
Just the cards, don’t have any of the remotes or anything else that came with them.
