Multifactorial reason for sale - interaction of not enough use at the moment/could do with money to fund some other stuff I want to do at present/can probably live with a cheapie Android tablet.

Comes with leather case specifically made for it, in the same condition I got it in (small scratch, and also a small indentation on rear surface, not particularly noticeable unless you remove it from the case and go looking for them).

Already upgraded to 3.1, upgrade to TW UX (I think with 3.2) coming very soon.
