Your video card is faulty? I've got a Quatro professional CAD video card and it boots fine on an XPC Shuttle which has only something like a 240W power supply. Bad idea running it for long as the PSU is stressed, but no issues at all to boot. Any 500W+ power supply will do, as long as you do not buy the cheap $20 ones.

You can never have enough Volvos!
