I've got a Navman MY75T and received an email about new maps being available. I can't get the software to update my unit (I'm not using a Navman USB cable, would this be the issue?)
Anyone else have any issues with doing the update?

nate: Here's the thing - I couldn't update it last time either.

login: I have exactly the same problem. I follow their directions plug in my My60T Navman, switch it on, start the latest Navdesk software (on my PC) and then nothing. Navdesk says there is no update available and the 'New Update' button is greyed out. I have tried contacting their support email address, got a couple of more detailed replies but it still doesn't work. Same problem. And now I get no response at all.
I wish they would get their A into G and fix it.
login: Still no joy here. Anyone the wiser?
jbard: Just to be sure is everybody here having the same problem of their GPS not showing up in the NavDesk Software? Or are people having different issues?
