Hi all,

I have recently installed Kenwood DDX-6031BT in my car.It comes with Advanced Navigation Interface all i need is New Zealand map for it (probably on a SD card).

Can anyone help me to purchase one or install one.

how about telling us what the GPS navigation software is? Makes it a bit easier to figure out where/how to get maps

Thanks for the speedy reply... I'm not really sure but the guy at the shop told it has got an inbuilt navigation receiver just needed the NZ map downloaded on to the memory... I saw most of the Kenwood units use Garmin Navigation software.

Have you tried RTFM (Read the friendly manual) to figure out the type of navigation software? Maye there is a help screen in the menu's somewhere that will help identify the software. Without concrete information on the software it is a waste of time even looking for maps

Before you get the maps, make sure you update the firmware for this double din head unit.... theres plenty of instructions in either the manual itself, kenwood websites and youtube.
