For those of you that are receiving credit due to cabinetisation...just to let you know Orcon have removed these credits from this month.

Would have been nice to actually be told this rather than just getting a bigger bill with no explanation, but oh well.

Hi there,

Firstly I'm really sorry for any confusion here - I can appreciate this may have been a shock on your latest bill.

We actually did send emails to the preferred contact addresses of every affected customer over the course of this month to let them know of the changes. My apologies if that didn't reach you.

Cheers,

Cam

Didn't get one. Any chance someone can post what it said? Just curious as to the reasoning.
