if not, log a fault with the Orcon helpdesk and tell them your Modem sync speed is slower than it should be with the current attenuation rates.






Ragnor: Also don't forget kids, residential internet is a shared network best effort system.. at busy times you will have contention for available bandwidth on the backhaul from the cabinet to the exchange, from the exchange to the ISP and from the ISP to the... you get the point.
