The problems in wow are exacerbated in 10 or 25 man raids. You may not pick up a fault soloing around at level 1.

One of our engineers might have found the issue last night when doing routine maintenance.

Try again and let us know

We are flying blind on the Wow problem abit, due to not being able to reproduce ourselves.

Switched to Telecom and finally I can view geekzone at a decent speed and use facebook again. I'll disagree with one point and that the Telecom CSR we delt with trying to find our login details was 30minutes of my life I wont get back :(

The CSR that switched us over was fantastic, however she was in NZ and and the other CSR wasnt. :-)

Another complaint... usage meter is not working and for some reason they think our number is a Business one... "wait two days" was the usual default repy.

so far so good :) Managed an ony 25 run without the usual dc when welps come out :D + no change in ping when fights start etc so fingers crossed!

what you did for WoW must have done something as my ping normally hoovered round 350-450 ms last night it was down aroun 167-200ms.

thats pretty good seeing the server is located in the states.

My girlfriend really didn't want me to have to start a wow charcter and level to 60+ so I could reproduce the problem! :P
