Just wanting some info before I log a help desk call.

After my initial UFB woes, our internet connection was super stable for the past month or so. Always ~25mbps down and ~10mbps up - well for local traffic that is...

Then just in the past week we keep getting dropped connections and I have to reset the Genius. Now I'm not talking once a day but maybe 5-10 times a night sometimes. The reset mostly gets our internet back but sometimes not (ie it may take 2 resets to get a connection).

Is anyone else having this issue?
