Whats going on Snap?  Was talking to a customer in Europe and my internet drops out for 20 minutes or so!!

Was this a planned outage?

15.08.13 01:47:25 PPPoE error: Timeout.
15.08.13 01:47:11 PPPoE error: Timeout.
15.08.13 01:46:58 PPPoE error: Timeout.
15.08.13 01:46:44 Timeout during PPP negotiation.

It was a bit unlucky that when I needed the net the most it dropped out.
