Anyone know if 2D offer an official/approved way to have a second duplicate sim for a pay-monthly account?

I am thinking of getting a Note 3 but know there will be times when it will be too big to carry. So thinking of retaining my old small phone and using that when necessary. It would be handy to have a duplicate to avoid all the sim-swapping. I would not expect to have both switched on at once...
