Hi,

Apparently as part of moving to UFB, "some settings on my (genius) modem need to change".  I've just tried ringing the 0800 number as requested, but it's out of hours for the appropriate team.

Do any of the Orcon Support engineers that lurk here know what settings may need to be checked/changed?

I'll start with saying:

Runtime Code Version: Genius1202
Boot Code Version: 1.0.37-106.17

Yes, I've placed the order (which is why I got a text saying I needed to ring the first place!).  The contractors did an on-site inspection today, and the fiber install is on the 10th.

May I PM you my account # to get the firmware done?  Or is it downloadable?


1202 was pre-UFB so yes it will only have an ADSL config.
