Arranged to go from 30/10 Unlimited to the new plan of 100/20 Unlimited. I got the text from Orcon yesterday just after lunch saying switch has been completed. I am guessing that it means they have passed the request onto Chorus.

What I am wondering is what is the average time for the change to take place? I am in Dunedin and have done a ONT & Modem reboot in case it was required.

So looks like Chorus have told us they have completed the speed upgrade but reality looks different, our team are raising it with them as a provisioning error now....

All sorted.

For anyone's benefit, "completed" means the LFC have told us work is complete so the speed upgrade, connection or change should work from that time. If it doesn't please respond to the team so they can look into it and resolve the issue.
