i have a work phone with 2degrees, I'm on holiday in Aussie and it is connected to Optus. I add the 2 degrees $15 500mb roaming data pack which has been charged on my account, however charges continue to be added to my account as I am using it. I have not received any texts or phone calls but trickle amounts keep adding to the balance. Am I missing something? I'm too scared to use it now my boss will have a hernia if I continue as it is now. Please Help.

SaltyNZ: Well, I can look in the morning if you PM me your number, but you'll get an answer much faster if you look in self-care. Self care is free even while roaming, so it won't hurt you to check.

Cheers I have sent you my details

Yep, you got your pack. You just used it all up. You can buy another - you can buy as many as you want, in fact. Go here for self-care, or dial *100*1# on your mobile for a summary of your current balances. Assuming you have a smartphone you can also download the 2degrees app for iOS or Android. The data usage for the self-care website and the app are free.

Note - I see you tried to dial *100. Note, that it has to be either *100*1# (all in one go) or at least *100# (all in one go). *100 would be a voice call (which won't work). *100# or *100*1# is a special service called USSD which will send you a text response.
