Hi All,
I've currently got an Orcon ADSL2 plan which back in the day was "Genius Go" aka 200Gb data, plus calling with standard extras voicemail and call waiting.

Im in a position where i want to change to the unlimited plan, still on adsl2

1) Will I expect any downtime?
2) Whats going to change? in the modify plan web app in the orcon portal, it doesn't seem to know about my phone extras, and wants to change me more.

I ended up calling the customer service desk (Something i hate doing) and they were the most helpful knowledgable CSR that i have ever spoken to, from anywhere.

They patiently answered all my questions (I had about 10 in total) and provided more information that i hadnt thought of.

And then we agreed to make the change, and it was done about 60 seconds after i hung up the phone.

So Well Done Orcon!
