We just moved into an apartment and signed up for 2d UFB, however, we opt to 'downgrade' to VDSL instead as UFB installation requires approval from owner and property manager. 

Connection setup completed today but it doesn't seem to be VDSL? I'm having like 10Mbit down and 1 up only
