Run down on issue, whenever I download a large file that has sustained internet speed over 500mbps after about 3+ minutes the download drops connection and then half (estimate) the internet is disconnected for 30 minutes, including the site I was downloading from.
Reset modem, ONT, PC nothing seems to fix the issue. Then magically about 30 minutes later everything starts working again.

Some sites that go offline:
Netflix.com (no TV for me)
Digg.com
Roblox.com (site works fine, however my son can't connect to any game servers)
venus.obtrix.net
My Amazon firestick no longer connects to amazon, so no tv for me.

However if I limit my download to 400mbps or less then everything is fine. However if I don't and say my game download from steam hits over 500mbps for longer than 3+ minutes, boom same issue again. It's pretty much guaranteed each and every time. It affects all my devices within my home network so it's not limited to one PC. I've even swapped out the modem and still the problem persists.

After looking through the traceroutes it appears anything that is routed through BE-101.bdr02.akl05.akl.VOCUS.net.nz [175.45.102.233] is causing the issue. So I would suspect there is a problem with a rateshaper (or something similar) that instead of slowing the connection down is actually misconfigured and drops anything from my IP. Because every time I have this issue precisely 30 minutes later the problem clears with no change on my end.

Here are some broke pings / traceroutes from my PC when the issue is present:

Anyone else having these issues? I've called Orcon support and been pretty much given the run around each time. Once they even said that I was over saturating my connection and that was the cause, even though I have the 950/450mbps plan.
