Getting really bad latency to some services in Australia.

speedtest.net test to Vocus server in Sydney reporting 230ms ping.

I've done a traceroute to 103.4.114.233 and everything is fine until I hit 111.69.56.5 (5.56.69.111.static.snap.net.nz) where the latency jumps to over 220ms. Every hop after this one has no latency better than ~170ms.

Is anyone else noticing this? I've tried to log a support call with 2 Degrees help but the guys on the phone don't seem to understand what I mean or I can't explain it well enough!

Hi All,

This routing issue should now be resolved, there was some legacy specific routing in place to work around sub optimal routing from an upstream provider that was the culprit. This has been removed and tuned accordingly.

Nick.
