Hi have issues with trying to get my iPhone blocked because my insurance wants it blocked due to being a bio hazard (toilet visit) .

It was last used yesterday. I have taken my sim out to use in a old phone yet they say they cant block it because I have done this is this the case.

is there anyway round it?

What if someone pinched  it and took my sim out and started using it in there phone.

it seen odd to me but what do I know

Your SIM is not associated to your phone. So using the SIM does not affect the old phone.

If they do not understand this, ask them to contact a phone provider to verify.
