Hi, quick question as per title.

 

I want to replace the one they provided a few years ago with a TP-Link Archer AX50, which is only a router.

 

This is in an attempt to solve some wifi connectivity issues in parts of the house.

Router only required. The ONT is effectively the modem part. NB: often people will still refer to the router as being a modem, as that's what they understand.
