Hi all.

Before I go down the frustrating route of calling support I thought I'd ask here:

On the advice of a few here, I decided to go with the $5 a month Slingshot CloudMesh satellite system to increase the WiFi coverage across my home.

I asked the Customer Service rep at the time of ordering if I need to upgrade my router from the standard NF18ACV to the "CloudMesh Enabled Gateway" device. I was told no, but if I have trouble I should contact technical support.

The Satellite device arrived today and first thing I read on the side of the box and the Quick Start Guide is "You will Need: A CloudMesh Enabled Gateway"...

Before I try to set this up and end up frustrated and annoyed - DO I NEED A CLOUDMESH ENABLED GATEWAY Device?

Thanks in advance, team.

Resolved.

Thanks Cam!

The answer is yes - a new CloudMesh compatible router is required and this is being sent to me now.
