might be a silly question, but is anyone having really unstable latency these few days with 2d broadband?

i was playing a few games on steam today and over the weekend, i was having really jumpy latency with the network.

downloading and streaming seems totally fine, im not even sure what to do for initial troubleshooting.

any insight?
