Hi team,

 

Is anyone experiencing not receiving SMS messages as they are sent? Since moving to the S22U, I have noticed there is a significant delay in receiving SMSs, but not always.

 

I am not sure if the SMSs I send are being delayed or it is the other way round.

There is a known issue listed on https://www.2degrees.nz/network-status/ though this is now showing as resolved (possible some texts may be backlogged?)

 

 

 

There is currently a known issue impacting 2degrees text services.

 

This includes sending or receiving texts to and from numbers outside of the 2degrees network, texting 233, 201 or 200 for 2degrees customer support, and receiving texts from third party applications (like 2 factor authentication for online banking).

 

Our technicians are working really hard to fix this issue quickly, and we apologize for the inconvenience this may be causing customers.
