At least the new app is called 2degrees NZ (opposed to Mobile), so that's an improvement, but that's about where it ends.

 

 

 

I'm not a fan of the new app (right). It has no rubber-band on scrolling anymore, and all the little animations the old app had are gone. Feels kinda lifeless compared to the prev app.

 

 

 

What do you guys think of the new app?

I am experiencing the same issue: my wife’s account is now linked to my email, and vice versa.

 

In the previous system, there was no connection between our accounts. It’s baffling how this linkage has occurred in the new system.

 

This raises serious concerns about potential privacy breaches on 2degrees' part. Neither my wife nor I are impressed, as we maintain entirely separate accounts, and such a mix-up is both frustrating and unacceptable.

 

 

That's a pretty serious issue that needs immediate resolution. Not good in your situation but could be more serious for others. Potentially something they should be notifying the Privacy Commissioner about.
