Yet I can see the 4 accounts ... but get this message to view any of them....and 'endless' hold waiting for a human.

There are no active connections currently. If this isn’t right, give us a call on 0800 022 022. Otherwise go back to the 'Your accounts' page and choose a different account by clicking on the person icon at the very top right of the screen.
