I am using Orcon Genius and have just experienced a power cut. As expected the Genius is dead in water without Broadband but I rang my phone from an external number and instead of it being re-directed to Voice Mail I get a message saying the number called is not in service.
Does anyone know if a power cut in the house with Genius   should stop the voicemail system back at Orcon
I tried ringing the support line but gave up after hanging on for ever.
I then tried sending them a support ticket and get an email back saying they aim to answer within 5 days?
