I use mobile data occasionally and at the weekend decided that while I was out and about some data would be useful so that I could check the internet.

I had made a note for myself that txting 'buy 50MB' to 233 worked.

Now my lovely phone decided that it should upshift the first letter and it sent 'Buy 50MB' to 233.
This immediately returned 'Sorry we cant understand that request. Please try again'.
Being in a bit of a hurry I tried 'BUY 50MB' and that got the same error - at which point I gave up.

I see the website says its 'buy 50MB' - so does it have to be exactly case perfect like that????
Surely either of the 2 messages I sent above should/could be interpreted?
