I still cant log in to pay them, They have been "Working" on fixing their accounts system for weeks and tell me to use a slingshot connection to log into it since it will work from there. The only machine on the slingshot connection is the downloading computer.

Now I find that browsing on it is getting redirected to something else, has suspended in the URL, no idea of the page contents since the SSL cert is invalid according to firefox.

Im not putting my details in on the downloading machine which is on the slingshot connection, particularly if I am seeing a SSL cert error. The downloading machine is also where I run keygens and other software like that, so no way I am putting my card details into anything on that machine even if the page did load up.

You guys cant break my ability to update details to pay you, and then complain that you don't get paid.

What is? Wanting to update a card and not being able to? I guess I'm gonna have to call them to update it.

You left the bill so long you are redirecting to their over-due page and won't pay because you won't connect another computer in to the connection you steal software on?

I know Slingshot need to get their act together on this so called "upgrade", but your argument for not paying is silly.

Richms: Don't see why this is a problem though to pay them?
Just pay them via internet banking, or go into the bank and use your account number as a reference. Easy As.

I don't get how people can be on Slingshot's side with this?

If Telecom's online payments didn't work it would probaly end up in the media. Why is it OK for Slingshot to lack this feature? Sounds like complete and utter incompetence on their behalf.

Yet another reason not to go any where near such a useless ISP who's only draw card seems to be 'if you torrent lots join us!'.

Maybe you just haven’t explained it very well.

From the way you described it it sounds like their payment system does work, but only from a computer connected to a slingshot broadband connection.

But you don’t want to do that since you think that computer might be riddled with spyware from all the pirating you have been doing. Is that not what you are saying?

chevrolux... Richms CAN PAY the Slingshot bill. He only objects to it because of the only computer connected to Slingshot is full of malware from all the pirating his doing.

I can't see how this is Slingshot's problem really.

Then I dont get rewards from the credit card, which is listed as a supported payment method.

I'm more shocked that they have allowed a SSL cert to expire on production.

It is possibly inflicted with things, but it has no antivirus on it which makes entering card details on it violate the CC's terms about keeping the details safe.

The only things on the slingshot connection are the downloading computer and the "Smart" TV that I use to watch stuff off the downloading computer. Its effort to re-patch things and re-assign IP addresses to get another computer onto it. Effort I didnt have to do in the past which I now do since they have broken things.

I will try the visibill link once I figure out what my password is.
