Friend got a GPS tracker and I gave them an unused 2 degrees sim for it which came with one of the 2degrees silvers I got at xmas time.

We put $20 onto it, and it worked fine for a month and a bit and is now out of credit. I popped the sim into an older phone which it would fit into, and reset the your 2degrees password to have a look online for it, shows that there is a carryover minute pack on hold because we are out of credit.

Texting stop 19carry to 233 got back an error "something's gone wrong" asking me to call 200. No pack is showing as active, but one is yellow whatever that means.

Friend is not impressed that the $20 is gone with barely any use, when it should have lasted ages at 9c per sms.

2 questions:

How to remove whatever pack is caused the $19 to disappear like that?

Any chance of getting it back since it was never actually added or used?

What did they say when you called 200 as per the instruction?

Have not done that yet as I am at work so subject to people ringing me, whereas typing is fine while listening to someone drone on.

It seems like a promo SIM that came with the phone that included a $19 Combo on it. Once it's topped-up the pack automatically is added, like this current deal - Samsung Pocket + Combo

Can you PM me the number please Richard?

Cheers
