Has "traffic usage meter" stopped working for any other snap customers out there?

Just stopped today I think .

OK, that is annoying then -- I wonder why mine isn't going -- I can sign into their website just fine, and have double checked user/password .

It has also stopped working on both my notebook & desktop.

Oh well, i might get inclined to investigate further at some time.

Net Usage Item/TUC get the usage via https://www.snap.net.nz/usage.php (POST data u=username) which has been returning a login error since yesterday morning. Logging in via the 'My Snap' part of the website still works though.

Hi All,

Sorry small change on this end - but we have adjusted so should be displaying on TUC now.

Thanks

Does this mean that the day-by-day phasing on the usage meter will be wrong?

I have a large unexplained spike in my usage on Wednesday this week, and I'm wondering if it's a catch up of usage that failed to meter in previous days.

I seem to be having some issues with snap's metering, not that I'm really complaining, but on Wed I was at 25GB, then I downloaded 15GB and am now at 27GB??

NP if the metering was stopped for some reason, but I don't want an nasty surprise nearer the end of my month!!

I seem to have noticed it now too. We are sitting on 30GBs used and this time last week and a half ago we were on 20. I am sure that we have used more than 10GBs in the last week.

Meter seems out for us too. Since Wed 9th Oct, average usage has been around 250MB. Usually average 2GB - 3GB.

Definitely something up with mine too. Downloaded about 18GB during the day on Sat, only recorded 1.4GB.

Hi All,

Yes there was an issue here, but sorry its resolved now :) in this instance we have decided not to re-process any data, so you will not see an increase in your data while the meter was not displaying all of your use (over Saturday and Sunday)

Thanks
TheRalph
