Hope there is Slingshot guy here reading this post.

After several months waiting I can finally log into My account page, however whenever I try to access "Manage Italk Feature" link all i got is just a blank page with my phone number and password in clear text in address bar!

I have called Slingshot over 3 times and told them this is not working from even a slingshot broadband connection, every time I got told it will be fixed next week and it NEVER did. It is extremely inconvenient to call the customer service and wait in line for over 20min just to manage some features.

I know there were posts talking about this issue, and for some reason they all locked without having a fix or response from slingshot. If there won't be any response I guess I will have to transfer to other supplier due to this crappy service I've paid for.

Unable to help with your issue, but I have ported 2 numbers away from iTalk in the past few weeks due to the lack of support from Slingshot.

If you can't laugh at yourself then you probably shouldn't laugh at others.

Its long outstanding. Nearly a year now since it last worked for me.

Hey guys, it's not the greatest news but I thought I'd let you know what I know. The italk features page won't load if you're trying to get in from a non Slingshot connection. This is a security measure so I'm not sure when that access will be freed up. If you're on a Slingshot connection then that's something different entirely.

As I replied to your PM and in my original post, it is NOT working even from a slingshot ADSL broadband.
