Every time I try to connect it redirects to a 2Degrees site That informs me the I cant connect right now

have plenty of data left on my account, Not outside a Mobile Broadband site
Went into a 2Degrees store and they spent about 15min re-configuring the APN on my phone and then said Data may have been disabled on my account and to call the 0800 number
Called the 0800 number and explained to them the problem they made me re-enter the APN again, Still no luck so they transferred me, Got sick of waiting at this point so hung up.
Have re done the APN from http://www.2degreesmobile.co.nz/android-settings
and it still doesn't work, Don't want to have to call and enter them again
Any suggestions?
