Internet on my phone has stopped working,
Every time I try to connect it redirects to a 2Degrees site That informs me the I cant connect right now


have plenty of data left on my account, Not outside a Mobile Broadband site

Went into a 2Degrees store and they spent about 15min re-configuring the APN on my phone and then said Data may have been disabled on my account and to call the 0800 number
Called the 0800 number and explained to them the problem they made me re-enter the APN again, Still no luck so they transferred me, Got sick of waiting at this point so hung up.

Have re done the APN from http://www.2degreesmobile.co.nz/android-settings
and it still doesn't work, Don't want to have to call and enter them again

Any suggestions?

Right: the work we did last night to introduce carryover data for prepay subscribers introduced a config error that would affect Prepay Plus subscribers with a $19 Carryover Combo pack who were also receiving shared data from someone else, and who tried to use data within 2degrees coverage.

Last week we finished a multi-month project to do a system upgrade designed to catch and prevent that exact sort of error when moving changes into production, so you can imagine for yourselves how impressed I am right about now.

Operations are working to fix it as we speak. It's a simple change so it should not take too long. My sincerest apologies, and thanks for bringing it to my attention!

The fix has just gone in. It can take up to about 10 minutes to take effect, but probably by now if you just try turning flight mode on and off again, it ought to be OK.

no..tried that,, also turn off and on the phone, and turn off and on data,, still not working....cry

Yes, but fixing the second problem will also be pretty quick so unless it's ultra urgent, may as well just wait a little longer.

Is my phone constantly asking me to "Sign into network" related to this? I ask because this only started happening this morning and I'm a prepay user with the combo who also receives shared data.
