I just received a text message from your team and my application is currently on hold because they can't find BigPipe on your list to take over my current internet connection.
I have queried this as well on Bigpipe forum http://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=158&topicid=142748
but just wondering if anyone here from slingshot to help me and move forward my application.
it is quite well known already about bigpipe but Slinghost never heard of this..
I logged my application last week and hoping this will be all done before 31st of March as this is the last day of my Bigpipe internet.
Your prompt help would really appreciate.
