I thought I would keep this seperate as there probably aren't too many others in the same situation.



I am eligble for a re-sign and if I go to the 2degrees website I get that option with the relevant phone discount.



I have been sent a code to get the S5 Gear Neo bundle which I am interested in.



Problem is though when I go through the sign up option I am told I cant because I already have an on account plan.



It appears that the S5 sign up process cant access the relevant info and see that I am now eligible to re-sign.



Any suggestions other than the helpdesk which I dont have time to call at the moment.
