I can't figure out how to change to fibre on Slingshot. I entered my address, picked the plan I wanted and clicked on get it now. The next page has a link that says "I already have an account" which l log in to but after that I can't figure out what to do next? Or was I not meant to click on that because I don't have a fibre account?
I have a quick question. So I signed up to fibre over the phone and after 4 phone calls with support because the phone line wasn't working I finally got it sorted. The last call which was about a week ago I told them that my account was on the wrong fibre plan to the one I signed up to. Just wondering how long it takes to fix that problem because I signed up to the unlimited plan but got put on the 40GB plan for some reason and I am quickly running out of allowance.
