I no longer use my 2degrees number as I am out of New Zealand and will be for a while. I tried to send a message to the Contact Us link and got a response detailing how to change my plan. I guess that's some automated response as my request was clear, I thought. Anyway, my reply requesting more info seems to have been lost....
How do I close my 2Deg plan? What email address can I send a request to?
