Not sure if this is the right place but I have have a friend who has been offered a position at 2 degrees quite high up.

They are wondering what the corporate culture there is like?  Is it family friendly? Do they push each other to work impossible shifts? Women friendly? Generally friendly?

cheers

https://www.glassdoor.com/Reviews/Two-Degrees-Mobile-Reviews-E580176.htm is a mixed bag, a bunch of them are out of date.

If they are going for a "high up" position then all those questions should have been asked (by them) at the interview as well. If family friendly is a priority that should be established first hand.

Though to be fair, and this is not directed at 2D directly in any way, determining that during a job interview (Accurately) might be harder than you think.

What management perceives as "family friendly" or "good culture" may not be a view shared by the staff.

Just to clarify they have only had an initial interview. They haven't had the chance to ask these type of questions. I mentioned there was a forum where people from 2 degrees worked and I could ask. They will be asking these questions in person but on the other hand it is easy to say you have a family culture but harder to intact

I doubt you'll be able to find the answer here.

This place is more of people asking for help regarding their connection.

But good luck anyway

Now if you asked me what the VF culture was like I can go on and on and on... haha

It also very much depends where they will be working (Auckland office, Christchurch office, store)
