Hi,

I work for Spark and whenever i am trying to connect to my company network using VPN (Over Slingshot Broadband) I can't connect. This is a NB604N Netcomm Modem and it's an ADSL2+ connection.

I rung Slingshot HD and the lady didn't have an idea what i was talking about.

Can anyone please help me.

Erm.. it's probably a question you need to ask your employer / colleagues as to the correct procedure for accessing your intranet over VPN, as it's unlikely to be an issue on the Slingshot side of things.

However... have you verified that you are able to connect to your VPN from any non-Spark connection? As Spark VPN access maybe white-listed to approved [i.e. Spark, BigPipe] connections only.

Well as an ex-employee from Spark the connection type is PPTP IIRC which should require no special configuration. Look at this video for how to configure port triggering for a PPTP VPN connection.

I haven't verified it from a non spark connection other than slingshot. One of my colleague said he contacted slingshot for the same issue and they advised him to change some settings which he don't remember it now.

That means there is a solution and that's why i posted my question here.
