Hi

I have been on Slingshot fibre for quite a while now with no problems. the last few days the connection seems to be dropping out. I ended up factory resetting the router and since the my work VPN has not worked. Has anyone any ideas on what router settings might have been affected by the factory reset?

In addition the system log on the Netcomm router shows problems? I don't suppose anyone understands what this all means?

That isn't fibre - that's xDSL?

That's what I thought was strange! We definitely have fibre but the router says ADSL???
