My wife has a brand new account with 2Degrees. Every thing appears to work well except she can't receive calls from Spark mobiles. I can call her from my Vodafone mobile and it works fine with other 2Dgrees mobiles. She can ring Spark mobiles okay.

When a Spark mobile calls her it gets a number unobtainable tone ( or something lie that).

We have tried contacting both Spark and 2Degrees to get it fixed. 2Degrees says the phone is fine. Spark says the number hasn't been allocated.

How do I get 'this resolved?

Did your wife port her number in? If so, let me know and we'll contact Spark's porting team to check.

The number wasn't ported. It's a new number from 2Degrees. However the number must have been previously in use as my wife was receiving calls and texts for someone else for the first few days.

Hi, if anyone else is experiencing this issue please PM us your number, phone make/model and 4 digit PIN and the details on what network you're not receiving calls or texts from.

Thanks

Reminds me of a situation a year or two back when i used my 2degees mobile to ring my sons 2degrees mobile and got an auto reply from telecom saying that the number did not exist, happened a few times, always in the same district.
