I have discovered that one of my email addresses which uses an iserve / orcon email forwarder, hadn't been getting emails. I tracked it down to the forwarder after sending it a test email. The iserve IP blacklisted is 202.191.33.136 as shown at https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3a202.191.33.136&run=toolpage As iserve aren't open until the next business day, monday, is there anyway to get this fixed before then?

Hi Matt,

Apologies, my understanding is the team are only available on business days so this wouldn't have been looked at before today.

Their contact details can be found here: https://www.orcon.net.nz/business

Cheers,

Cam

I have submitted a support request but still no reply. There was an emergecy email address for emergencies like this where a core service is broekn, as this is supposed to be a business grade service, but that email no longer works. Also the gold service hotline got removed. Is there a email we can report, as hosting services is supposed to be monitored 24/ 7 and  this particular problem appears to have been going on for at least 10 days before we picked it up.
