So how is this deal. You pay half price for 6 month for a 100/20 UFB, 12 month contract. Does Orcon put you on a congested line or low priority line for the first six months to make up for the price. How does it work.? Is it worth taking the deal.

Also I am in wellington, lower hutt. Any Orcon users can give some feedbacks. how is their speed at peak times and their service.

To answer your question: no, you will not be given a degraded service. You'll be at the exact same service levels as anyone else. We don't artificially throttle your connection - we believe doing so is really stink.
