Hi,

A quick question. Both my wife and I are on the 2Degrees $19 Carryover Combo prepay rollover deal (1.25Gb rollover data, minutes and texts).

I noticed the other day my wife's data was low (a while back she had around 10Gb of accumulated rollover data). I suspect soon, the data allowance per month isn't going to be enough.

If you buy a one off (say every 6-7 months) 15Gb data pack (cost $50.00), at the end of the month, and you don't renew the pack, does any unused data just get added to the data balance or is the unused data lost?

Of course, the other option is the $29 Carryover combo with double the existing plan data.

The 15GB pack has only 1 month validity so unused data will be lost. There is the 12GB data pack with 6 months validity. This is $99 rather than $50 but you would get to keep it for 6 months if unused.

@SaltyNZ, thanks.

Looks like the $29 Carryover combo might be the go to,

i am on $39 plan & my partner on $29 plan (as $19 plan wasnt enough for her)

I also share my data & calls with her, just in case if she runs out. This is because i have accumulated 10gb data as of today. 95% of the time on wifi.

TBH, 1.25Gb data probably isn't enough for me either.

Is there additional costs associated in sharing data?

Having said all that, the new 10GB Pool Plan for $80 a month could be tempting too.

No additional costs for sharing data the option to start sharing is in the mobile App and it's very simple to setup
