EDIT: I spelt monthly wrong sorry...writing this post via on Phone.

I'm scared to press the final sign up button for signing up to the 2D business fibre. Need to know what payments do they accept for the "TOTAL TO PAY TODAY" and the "monthly payments" . I know for Spark, they "DO NOT" require the setup for internet banking/direct debit/credit card. They allow all customers to pay at the post office with bill. Not too sure with 2D business.

Reason: I am not a fan of setting up auto payments etc. Have many hassles past experience uwu.

Hi Stacy88,

We have a few payment methods available for our Business Broadband customers.

  • Direct Debit
  • Bank Transfer/Automatic Payment
  • Online via the Self Service Portal
  • Over the counter at a BNZ branch

Cheers
