Are you using an overseas SIM card?

If yes then of course overseas IPs will be blocked on the smtp server

Orcon Email Pop server settings:

Which ever of the 2 Pop settings above you are not using, try switching to it.

I'm pretty sure I have done what you are trying to do on Orcon. They ratchet up security when you are coming in from off-net/out of country.

You should only ever use the TLS/SSL settings. Otherwise you will have someone spoof a wifi network you have used before, phone will connect to it and start handing out its authentication details to anyone within range.
