All the CD-supplied software is for Windows. My Airport card is not seeing the wireless network, so I have no idea how to connect. Has anyone done this or knows where there might be instructions? Thanks!

Hi, Wireless is switched off by default. You should have got paper manuals in your homehub packaging but here's how you can setup the wireless:
Open your browser to http://192.168.2.1 (with homehub powered on and plugged into your ethernet port) Enter password (the default is just admin) Click Advanced Settings Click Wireless Network from there you can switch the wireless on, and configure the rest of the settings Be sure to set encryption (orcon recommends WEP which I found interesting seeing as this is probably the easiest one to crack!) I use WPA2/PSK (But your hardware may only support WPA/PSK which is good enough) Also an idea to restrict allowed clients to known MAC Addresses if you're really worried about snooping

Thank you for the help...I got the same direction from an Orcon tech service person just a couple hours ago and am now online...didn't get any paper documentation except a couple quick start guides, which said nothing about the Advanced Settings: important point, that one! I have to say the customer service was superior compared to what I've been used to (VODAFONE!) Cheers,Russell
Well I guess if it was on by default it would be asking for the worst. Using it off the box and forgetting to turn it off could mean hundreds on your next bill....
