Does anyone know why the due dates are randomized with each invoice? I'm not checking the bills just have a recurring calendar reminder on the 14th to pay them.

Just seen a couple of times that the account was overdue, but was not sure why. Might just change the reminder to the 13th.

There seem to be no logic in it.

looks like they give you 7 - 9 days after invoice date depending if invoice date is on a weekend

Seems to be a Friday, Friday, Wednesday , Friday Friday Wednesday pattern?

The due date should be static

@SaltyNZ can you add any value here?

No, the actual billing part is outside my area, sorry.

Looking back at the last few months it looks like 8 business days (including invoice and due date). Don't forget to take into account public holidays.

Not sure if this pattern continues though as I didn't feel like checking all dates.

They don’t take into account weekends or public holidays, so due date is always 7 business days after it’s emailed to you.

Cool, that makes sense, I will move my reminder to the 13th, so it will keep their beancounters happy 🤑

This is correct, I reached out to the right team and asked, Business is different again, hard date of the 20th of the month.
