Hi, it's the eve of the US election here, and I'm trying to enjoy all the coverage. I'm unable to stream any Youtube or other content reliably. A US site I normally get fairly decent speeds from is crawling along at 19 K per second.

Is anyone else experiencing poor international speed at present?

I'm in Christchurch. Snap say the international connection looks OK and they can't explain why it's suddenly slowed down like this.
