Hi, I look after a couple of clients who are on 2Talk, on the old management platform under "Line Manager" you could manage port forwards to forward through the CG-NAT.

Since moving to the new platform the port forwards I had in place have been retained, but I cannot find where to manage them. Any Ideas?? Its probably staring me in the face............ but :(

Ta in advance

Cyril

He's a bit confused as to what you're trying to do, as the legacy Line Manager is/was only for voice,  yet you're mentioning port forwarding and CGNAT.

He said prob best to give them a quick call to clarify :)

Hi, yes it was always in an odd place, however within line manager there is a Broadband manager, and in there you would see the account detail, and a link which then took you through to a port forward manager. As they use CG-NAT they offered a seperate public IP of which you could configure around 5-6 port forwards that mapped to your connection. i guess that way they could load up a few thousand customers port forwards on a single public IP that mapped/routed into their CG-NAT wan interface, very handy.

So I will call them and see where I get to.
