Anyone else on Sky Broadband in the Christchurch area having issues today? Speedtest, hard wired via Speedtest app on Win 10, 16ms. 754Mbps Down & 354Mbps Up.

My iPhone 13 will not call on VF Wifi Calling and the wife is having all sorts issues with her Online conference.

Yes, I understand that those stats are not an “issue” I was putting them in there to show context around my system.
I’m at a loss the know why this would happen with these figures.

Have you tried the usual "turning off everything and turning everything back on?".

Wifi Calling works by your phone creating an IPSec Tunnel to the Call server, in Vodafone's case this is to 203.96.213.192

UDP 500 and 4500 are the ports needed outwards, you also need ESP Protocol (50) and AH Protocol (51)

If you router doesn't adjust the source port on packet on the way out you may have data conflict issues if more than one device trying to use WIFI calling on your LAN, this is because for the IPsec traffic the source and destination port 500 & 4500 is the same respectively

if you have more than one phone, turn off the wifi on all but one phone and test again
